These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website nuvexastudio.com (the "Site"), operated by Nuvexa Studio ("Nuvexa Studio", "we", "us"). By browsing the Site or submitting the contact form, you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Site is

The Site is an informational, marketing website describing Nuvexa Studio's AI automation, product engineering and cloud/backend modernization services, and offering a way to get in touch to discuss a project. The Site itself does not provide any software, account, or paid service — it does not create any obligation between you and Nuvexa Studio by itself.

2. Separate service agreements

If you engage Nuvexa Studio for a project (for example, the AI Automation Sprint or any other service described on the Site), that engagement — including scope, pricing, timelines and liability — will be governed by a separate, explicit agreement between you and Nuvexa Studio, not by these Terms. Nothing on the Site is itself a binding offer to perform work.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Site in a way that could damage, disable or impair it; attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or its underlying infrastructure; scrape or harvest data from it at scale; or use the contact form to send unlawful, abusive or deceptive content.

4. Intellectual property

The Site's text, design, branding and code are owned by Nuvexa Studio unless otherwise noted. You may view and share pages of the Site, but you may not reproduce, redistribute or create derivative works from its content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

5. No warranty

The Site and its content are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Illustrative figures, timelines (such as the "10-day" sprint) and examples described on the Site are indicative and subject to the scope and eligibility of each actual project.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nuvexa Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. This limitation does not apply to liability arising from a separate signed service agreement, which is governed by its own terms.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Site evolves. We will update the "Last updated" date above whenever we do. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Chile, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where a separate service agreement specifies otherwise.
