Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 19, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Nuvexa Studio ("Nuvexa Studio", "we", "us") handles personal data when you visit nuvexastudio.com (the "Site") or contact us through it. This document describes our current, actual practices — it is kept simple on purpose because, today, the Site collects very little data. We will update it as that changes.

1. Who we are

Nuvexa Studio is operated as an individually-run business based in Chile. For any privacy question or request, contact us athello@nuvexastudio.com.

2. What data we collect

The Site's contact form ("Tell us about your project") asks for your name, work email, company name, the service you're interested in, and a free-text description of your challenge.

Right now, this form does not submit data to our servers. When you click "Prepare My Inquiry", your browser opens your own email application with a pre-filled message addressed to hello@nuvexastudio.com. If you choose to send that email, the data is transmitted from your own email account to ours — we only receive and store it the same way we store any other email we get, in our Zoho Mail inbox.

The Site does not use cookies, analytics scripts or third-party trackers at this time, and does not maintain user accounts.

3. How we use your data

We use the information you send us solely to respond to your inquiry, evaluate whether we can help with your project, and follow up with you about it. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

4. Who we share it with

We use the following third-party service providers to operate the Site and receive email:

  • Cloudflare — hosts the Site and processes standard web request logs (e.g. IP address, requested page) as part of normal hosting and security operations.
  • Zoho Mail — hosts our hello@nuvexastudio.com inbox and stores messages sent to it.

We do not share your data with any other third party, and we do not use any CRM, marketing automation or lead-storage tool at this time. If that changes — for example, if we add a server-side contact form backed by a database — we will update this policy before that change goes live and name the providers involved.

5. International data transfers

Because our hosting (Cloudflare) and email (Zoho) providers operate global infrastructure, data you send us may be processed on servers located outside your own country, including outside Chile.

6. How long we keep it

We retain emails you send us for as long as reasonably necessary to handle your inquiry and maintain a record of our business communications, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

7. Your rights

Regardless of where you are located, you can ask us at any time to: tell you what data we hold about you, correct inaccurate data, or delete data we hold about you. Send these requests tohello@nuvexastudio.comand we will respond within a reasonable time. If applicable law in your jurisdiction (for example the GDPR in the EU/UK, or the CCPA in California) grants you additional specific rights, we will honor those rights on request.

8. Children's privacy

The Site is a B2B business site and is not directed at, or intended for use by, children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Site evolves — for example, when we introduce a server-side contact form or analytics. We will update the "Last updated" date above whenever we do, and material changes affecting how we handle previously collected data will be communicated directly where feasible.
