Mini Bhattacharya is a systems designer, transformation strategist, and multidisciplinary founder with over two decades of experience across global enterprises and personal ventures.

She has led high-impact delivery across India, Finland, Belgium, and Southeast Asia, holding leadership roles at TCS, Capgemini, and design consulting projects spanning 350+ programs. From architecting ISO-compliant governance systems to training over 1,900 professionals, her work has enabled over ₹6.5Cr in enterprise savings — while remaining anchored in how systems support people.

Mini’s entrepreneurial roots run deep — from her mindful fashion venture MiniZ Label (inspired by sacred geometry and emotional wellness) to her current innovation studio NuVexa, where every product is built to serve minds that think differently.

Today, she leads the development of proprietary systems including VexaBot Engine™, MindCrafting Careers™, Kiddistry™, Interior Assist™, and her design philosophy KARMIKODE™ — frameworks that merge clarity, automation, and accessibility.
